Impact Award

This award will be presented to an business/individual that displays a commitment to making Claiborne County a better place to live through the development and support of a community project or program. The Impact Award winner should be able to demonstrate the ability to improve community conditions that make a significant contribution or impact on our region.

Impact Educator

This award will be presented to an individual who has shown great success in the Claiborne County school system. This is someone who loves their jobs and has a passion to see their students grow and succeed. The winner should have been an educator for at least 5 years.

Rising Leader Award

This award will be presented to a young professional, 35 years of age or younger, who lives and works in Claiborne County and has achieved success while overcoming obstacles, to become one of tomorrow’s top business leaders. The winner should own a business or be a vital part to a company’s success.

Non-Profit Excellence Award

This award will be presented to a non-profit agency in Claiborne County that has grown in the last year and goes above and beyond to provide services and a change to the individuals in need in our area.

Small Business of the Year Award

This award will be presented to a small business that has consistently grown its workforce and revenue. Nominees should be businesses started in the Claiborne region and have 50 employees or less. The winner will should be one that has overcome obstacles including access to capital, operational efficiency, control of expenses, customer loyalty and distribution of products or services and should provide a historical index of growth in revenues and workforce.

Large Business of the Year Award

This award will be presented to a small business that has consistently grown its workforce and revenue. Nominees should be businesses started in the Claiborne region and have 50 employees or more. The winner will should be one that has overcome obstacles including access to capital, operational efficiency, control of expenses, customer loyalty and distribution of products or services and should provide a historical index of growth in revenues and workforce.
