Claiborne County Animal Shelter Rededicated

The Claiborne County Animal Shelter will now be known as the Glenn W. and Ann Shumate Bowling Animal Shelter. The shelter was previously dedicated to Ann’s late husband and Satuarday that changed when the dedication was made to honor both of them. Ann has spent many years devoting herself to the shelter and its past developments as well as ongoing missions.
