Vendor Requirements

Submission Deadline

No later than June 11, 2018. Vendor selection ends when all spaces are filled. Vendors may not set up until all fees have been paid.

Vendors will be selected based on “first come first serve”, quality of products, and conformity to the theme of the festival. Efforts will be made to eliminate duplication of items sold. We may ask you to make some minor adjustments to assure no duplication of major items.

No refunds will be offered in the event of rain, diminished crowd or low festival attendance, or in the event that Vendor is asked to leave the Festival due to a violation of the terms set forth in this contract. In the event of cancellation by the Vendor, a refund of 80% of the contract price shall be made only if cancellation is received (not postmarked) by June 1, 2018.

Demonstrators who are invited, who demonstrate, and sell their product will be given a free space. Call director for an invitation. Those that exceed their allotted space will need to pay for that space prior to opening. 

Information or Political Vendors must call director for booth price. These booths are exempt from selling or promoting sales of a product at the festival.

ALL vendors must provide own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, ice, mobile unit, etc.

 

Vendor Set Up
  • Vendor must provide tent, tables, extension cords, etc.
  • Food and Commercial vendors may set-up Friday, June 29.
  • All other vendors may set up Saturday, June 30 starting at 7 am.
  • All vendors must be open no later than 10 am on Saturday, June 30 and may not dismantle until after 7:00 pm, Saturday, June 30.
  • Vendor agrees to be staffed at all times the Festival is in operation.
  • Vendor agrees to abide by all requests, conditions, rules and regulations, written or oral, made by Festival Director or designated representative at any time during the festival.
  • Booths are to be placed on the street in the designated area. DO NOT block or obstruct the side walk.
  • Park only in the designated areas. Vehicles parked in prohibited areas will be towed at owner’s expense.
Operation Terms
  • Clean your own area as per inspection by management. Throw all garbage and debris into designated container.
  • Restrict all activities and advertising matter to space assigned.
