Vendor Set Up

  • ALL vendors may set-up Saturday, June 24th between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
  • Be open and ready for business by 10:00 am until 8:00 pm on Saturday, June 24th.
  • VENDOR agrees to be staffed at all times the Festival is in operation.
  • Abide by all requests, conditions, rules and regulations, written or oral, made by Festival Director or designated representative at any time during the festival.
  • Booths are to be placed on the street in the designated area. DO NOT block or obstruct the side walk.
  • Park only in the designated areas. Vehicles parked in prohibited areas will be towed at owner’s expense.
  • The festival is held outdoors on asphalt. Sometimes set-up can be delayed due to wet ground and weather. The festival is not responsible for the weather.
  • No refunds will be given should you decide not to set-up or cooperate with the association in their attempts to accommodate.
  • Clean your own area as per inspection by management. Throw all garbage and debris into designated container.
  • Restrict all activities and advertising matter to space assigned.
  • Each vendor is responsible for collecting 9.25% sales tax. If you do not have a current Tennessee sales tax number, we will issue a special event sales tax return to you, which you must fill out and mail with your tax payment.
  • Do not use or have on site any sound amplifying device without the written permission of the Festival Director.
  • All vendors are responsible for loading and unloading of own equipment
  • Provide your own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, coolers, ice, decorations, and any other item deemed necessary for your booth
